We requiere

A local project leader that will be our contact during the project. This person will be the link between us, the youth and their guardians.
The local project leader must attend the Kick Off in Oslo.
The local project leader (with team) is responsible to secure funding and budgeting, in collaboration with SSO.
The local project leader (with team) is responsible for organizing and hosting sessions, jam and battle during the year, with guidance from us.
Give status reports throughout the year.

during weekend workshops
- A dance studio or other suited facilities where workshops and jams can take place
- The local project leader tasks: follow up the participants, host the dance educators, transport, helping during the workshops and lunches. We encourage creating a team that can share these tasks. If the local project leader is someone without dance experience we recommend getting a local dance teacher on the team.
- 15-25 participants. The workshops are best suited for someone with a foundation in dance, but the most important criteria is motivation and commitment.
- Pictures and video of the activities. We encourage you to outsource this to a local photographer or a reliable, skilled youth with a want for experience. We also require documentation on social media .
during Summer Dance Camp
- The local project leader and additional responsible adults to attend. Minimum one adult per 10 youth.
- Local project leader plan and execute the travel from the project site to and from Oslo with the participants.
- The adults will be responsible and present for their youth through the whole week, including travel and over night stay at Sentralen
- Flexibility and help with simple tasks during the week, both from the adults and the youth

Support and guidance from an organisation with a lot of experience in this type of work. SSO covers 1 years of work to its administration and the organising of the Community-project.
To become part of a larger network working in the same field and towards the same goals.
Good and safe role models as visiting dance educators, who are some of Norways most skilled dancers within their styles.
Safety and care during the Summer Dance Camp, with hosts and security from the house Sentralen working all throughout the camp alongside the SSO staff.
That expense for rooms, studios and program for the Summer Dance Camp is covered by SSO and Sentralen UNG. Value around 500 000 NOK.
