Soul Sessions Open Practice is a free session for anyone who wants a place to dance and exchange. We welcome everybody no matter the style, level or age.

During the year we organize several events in addition to our festivals.
Soul Sessions Encounters is our performing arts festival rooted in street and club dance. Encounters 2026 took place in the first week of March at the Opera House, Dansens Hus, Sofienberg Kirke and Scenehuset. It was a week filled with premieres, national and international guest performances, battles and showings of choreographic work.
